Skin Cancer is the most common form of cancer and is the most curable and preventable! Even the most dangerous form of skin cancer, melanoma is 95-100% curable if detected early and treated quickly. 90% of skin cancer is caused by overexposure to UV rays.

Block the Blaze is a John Wayne Cancer Foundation funded skin cancer education program for youth. It encourages outdoor activities, yet focuses on safety, including skin cancer prevention and early detection.
